Introducing the Brushless (R)evolution swing gate operator, now available in a 6-step digital motor version for high intensive use, capable of managing up to 250 openings per day. The hi-speed version offers an opening speed of up to 20m/min for gates up to 1800 Kg. It also features a SOFT START function with extra power during deceleration and an ELECTRONIC BRAKING SYSTEM to ensure inertia control even on very heavy gates. The M4 and M6 module steel cog-wheel ensures constantly smooth movement transmission. It is available with mechanical or magnetic limit switches. Safety features include full ENCODER control for smart obstacle detection management and MEMO ADAPTIVE technology to fit different weather conditions and to overcome friction changes, avoiding false-stop issues. The Q90 electronic board is built on top of the gear-motor for easy wiring and better protection. The TWINNING function allows for the synchronization of two mirror sliding gates. The operator also features scheduled maintenance, which displays the number of openings and sets a countdown for the next maintenance service. Additionally, the energy-saving function reduces both the consumption of wired accessories and the system when the automation is in stand-by mode. The optional back-up battery housing is inside the motor for the 48V powered brushless version. It also has a direct plug to manage traditional and resistive (8K2Ω) type safety edges.
